Meet The Team

Matt qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2005 and went on to work for Deloitte spending 4 years working in the Cayman Islands office. Matt specialises in providing business support and tax advice to owner managed businesses and start-ups.  He also advises private clients on their personal taxation and financial affairs. The emphasis is on long term planning, minimising current and future tax liabilities to maintain wealth or build up appropriate funds for long term retirement or exit. Outside of work Matt is an avid Spurs fan and a keen but limited ability golfer. 

Paul has been providing accountancy and taxation services for over 30 years to a wide range of clients in a wide range of business sectors.  Using his knowledge and experience Paul enjoys adding value to clients by gaining an in-depth knowledge of their businesses and personal affairs. Outside of work Paul is a keen Liverpool fan. He enjoys long walks with his lockdown dog, Hudson. 

Noel joined the practice from Sheridan Clarke Limited, where he was a partner since 1996. Noel specialises in all tax matters with over 40 years of experience including residency and double taxation in the UK and Ireland. Noel completed his Accounting and Tax training in Ireland and has previously held various roles in both practice and business in Ireland. In his spare time Noel is a follower of football and Irish Rugby. 

Emily has over 15 years experience in the accountancy profession. She specialises in providing support and tax advice to owner managed businesses and start-ups.  She also advises clients on their personal taxation and financial affairs. In her spare time Emily enjoys travelling and cooking. 

Claudia joined the team in 2003 having graduated with a degree in accounting. Claudia has progressed steadily and is now a manager responsible for supervising junior staff. Claudia takes great pride in meeting clients’ expectations. She has managed many of the clients for almost 20 years and considers lots of them as friends as well as clients. Outside of work Claudia enjoys cooking, drawing, and spending time with her family. 

Varsha qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2015. She joined the team as manager in 2022. She is responsible for allocating work and supervising the junior team and for quality control. She has extensive experience working for owner managed businesses. In her spare time she enjoys travelling and spending time with her family. 

Mike is a fellow of the ICAEW, having qualified in 1995. He has extensive experience in audit as well as providing accountancy services and advice to a wide range of clients from quoted PLCs to small owner managed businesses. Outside of work Mike is kept busy by his family and is heavily involved with his local Rugby club.  

Christina joined the firm in 2019 and rapidly became an integral part of the team. She has extensive knowledge of accounting software packages including Xero and QuickBooks. Christina has an eye for detail and enjoys producing accurate monthly management accounts for a wide range of clients. Christina is currently sitting final exams for AAT Qualification. Outside of work her interests include travelling and music. 

Since joining in 2021, Harpreet has been an integral member of the team and continues to play a key role in the growth of the business. Harpreet is always on hand to assist clients with any accountancy related issues. She specialises in producing statutory and management accounts for a range of owner managed businesses, most recently including start-ups in the crypto-currency sector. In her spare time Harpreet enjoys experimenting with new cooking techniques and dishes. She also loves to travel and explore new places. 

Chris has many years’ experience in the accounting industry having come from a banking background. She is responsible for managing accounts and supervising customer service. Chris has extensive knowledge of Payroll and HMRC Compliance in the UK and Ireland. Chris provides accounting support and services to a portfolio of clients based in the UK and Ireland. Outside of work Chris enjoys travelling, listening to music and gardening. 

Vee has been working in the accounting world since 2017.  Vee has a varied role acting as PA, executive assistant and more recently office manager. Vee enjoys interacting with clients and colleagues at work and outside of work. In her spare time Vee enjoys watching movies and attending music events. 

Shirley has been in practice since 2009. She has gained experience in a wide range of accounting including Payroll, CIS compliance, bookkeeping and VAT submissions.  Outside of work Shirley’s interests include genealogy tracing and reading. 

Manjula has over 20 years’ experience in bookkeeping, VAT and Payroll services. Manjula takes pride in producing accurate and reliable management accounts for a variety of clients of different sizes. Outside of work Manjula likes to spend time with her family, volunteering at the local temple and teaching children through fun. She enjoys going for long walks and practising yoga. 

Rajesh has been in the accounting industry since 1986 and joined the team in January 2020. Rajesh is responsible for providing accountancy services to a wide range of clients. Outside of work Rajesh’s interests include music, travel, and cricket. 

Ligia joined the team in 2022. She is currently studying AAT. Ligia has extensive knowledge in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage and Xero. Ligia is responsible for providing bookkeeping, payroll, and VAT services. Ligia enjoys travelling and reading books to enrich her personal development. 

Vaibhavi has recently completed her master’s degree in accounting and finance. She has joined the team in 2022 to get experience in the accountancy profession. Vaibhavi is currently considering which qualification to pursue and at present is helping the practice in an administrative role. In her spare time she likes painting, cooking and watching movies.
